Mixing & Mastering Bundle – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:

Service Scope
Includes professional mixing and stereo mastering of submitted audio files. Does not include production, songwriting, recording, heavy vocal editing, or stem mastering unless purchased separately.
 

File Requirements

Client must submit properly prepared audio files. Spew Music Pro is not responsible for results affected by poor-quality or improperly exported files.

Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required before work begins. All sales are final once work has started.

​

Revisions
Includes up to [1–3] revision rounds per song. Major changes or new files may require additional fees.

​

Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days per song/album after payment and file submission. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

​

Ownership
Client retains 100% ownership of their music. Spew Music Pro claims no master or publishing rights.

Credits
Credit is appreciated as: “Mixed & Mastered by Spew Music Pro”.

​

Artistic Discretion
Mixing and mastering are subjective creative services. Minor stylistic differences do not qualify for refunds.

​

Portfolio Use
Spew Music Pro may use short excerpts for portfolio or promotion unless requested otherwise in writing prior to delivery.
